Bulk upload properties - save hours of manual data entry

CSV Format Requirements

  • Required: address, and either hoa_id or hoa_name
  • Optional: unit_number, city, state, zip, status, account_balance, owner_name, owner_email, owner_phone, auto_pay_enabled, last_inspection_date
  • Status values: compliant (default), open_violation, on_hold
  • Maximum: 1000 rows per import
